Home Sweet Furniture is not responsible for the handling of the merchandise once it leaves the warehouse. Any damage that occurs after the order is shipped is not the responsibility of Home Sweet Furniture.

Our delivery companies are licensed, bonded and insured. They strive to lower the risk of product damage. Customers must note any damage on the delivery receipt for a claim to be filed and for replacement or repair to be authorized.

Please inspect the exterior of the packaging thoroughly and note any damage on the delivery receipt. If it is clear the product is damaged, too, clients have the right to refuse delivery.

Clients must notify Home Sweet Furniture within 48 hours of receiving the product if there are damages. Please provide photos and email them to us.
