Cancellations

In order to be able to provide the full catalog of items from our manufacturers, Home Sweet Furniture sells mainly special order items.  What this means to you is that typically they will be delivered within 4-6 weeks, and that we cannot accept cancellations after 24 hours as we order the item on your behalf after this point.

Cancellations within 24 hours will have no cost to you.

Clients receive email notification at the time an order is placed and have 24 hours to verify the accuracy of the information. If a customer does not notify us of any changes, Home Sweet Furniture will proceed with the order.

To cancel an order, clients must submit the request via e-mail.
