However, we understand that in a constantly-changing dynamic business environment we may not be able to offer the best price for every product we sell in every instance. If you find the same product for less at a competitor's website, while visiting their store, or while browsing their catalog, we will match the price for you for the same product, plus a discount of up to 3% upon request. If you have already purchased a product from us and have found a better price for the same item within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference to you.

Whether you have found a better price before or after buying from us, all we ask is that you provide us with basic information about how we may contact you and details about the source you have found, needed so that we may verify the price you are asking us to match. Once verified we will issue a price adjustment to you. Generally, the entire process takes about two business days.

If the price can be beat, but shipping costs cause the total price to be unable to be beaten, a coupon can still be issued at managements discretion ;
The price you have found must be from an Authorized Dealer within the US for the same brand and catalog number and for shipment to US destinations only. Prices found on internet auctions or other auctions, from unauthorized sellers, from other unauthorized sources, or from non-US dealers or ship-to destinations, may not be considered for PriceBEAT™.
The price you have found must be the Dealer's regular or advertised price for a current, available item. The price you found cannot be a discontinued, blemished, a price offset by coupons, rebates, or other dealer incentives. We will ALWAYS try to beat even advertised or negotiated prices as long as they can be verified.
PriceBEAT™ requests may not be combined with any other coupons, promotional discounts, specials or other price incentives offered by Home Sweet Furniture, either before or after the item has been purchased.
